e-bilge software (“e-bilge”) respect your preferences concerning the treatment of Information that we may collect. This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information we collect, use, share and the security of your information in relation to Tiny Cast Application ("Tiny Cast" or "app") and it's backend service. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices.
BY INSTALLING THE TINY CAST ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING IT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES ON YOUR DEVICE. What information we collect?
Our primary purpose in collecting information is to provide you with a safe, efficient and customized experience and to provide you with services and features that better meet your needs or requests.
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, physical address, calendar entries, contact entries, files, photos, etc.
2. Non-Personal Information.
We collect non-personal information about your use of Tiny Cast and aggregated information regarding the usages of the App. "Non-Personal Information" means information that is of an anonymous nature, such as the device model, os version, device region, device language, timezone, notification token, app version and app usage duration information about the way you use the Tiny Cast.
How we use your information we collect?
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect and use Personal Information in any way.
2. Non-personal Information.
Generally non-personal information is used internally to monitor and improve the app, to perform analyses of the behavior of our users, to measure user demographics and interests, to describe our services to third parties such as advertisers and to analyze how and where best to use our resources. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information.
How we share the information we collect?
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect and share Personal Information in any way.
2. Non-personal information.
We accept advertisements from third-party ad network which will be displayed in Tiny Cast. We may share certain information with third-party advertiser, ad network and ad platform ("Ad Provider") to develop and deliver targeted advertising in Tiny Cast. We may also allow Ad Provider to collect non-personal information within the Services which they may share with us, including your device model, network type, device language, and IP address. Ad Provider may also collect non-personal information related to the performance of the advertisements, such as how many times an advertisement is shown, how long an advertisement is viewed, and any click-throughs of an advertisement. Also, we use a third-party crash reporting framework to help us to improve Tiny Cast. Collected usage statistics generally may include information such as preferences, button clicks and memory usage, but does not contain web page URLs or personal information. Crash reports contain system information at the time of the crash and web page URLs or personal information may be included in these reports unintentionally, depending on what happens during the crash. How we collect the information?
1. Personal Information.
We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you.
2. Non-Personal Information.
We use identifiers in Tiny Cast to power up its features. For example, for push messaging, we collect an identifier called "notification token" created by operating system in order to deliver notifications to you.
Also, Tiny Cast create and collect a universally unique alphanumeric text that is randomly generated by your device called unique application identifier ("App Identifier") when you install Tiny Cast very first time and accept to continue to use application.
App Identifier helps us estimate the number of installed Tiny Cast copies and we will collect non-personal information such as device model, os version, device region, device language, timezone, app version and app usage duration through App Identifier to improve Tiny Cast and its services.
You can delete assigned App Identifier in app settings any time. Also you can request the delete all statistical data from our server about the app usage by checking respective option before deleting of the app identifier.
After deletion of the App Identifier Tiny Cast will not collect any data until you grant permission in next app launch.
What kind of data stored on locally?
Browsing data will stored locally on your device. For example, Tiny Cast stores the URLs of the pages you visit, the text cache of those page content, images and other resources, incoming cookies, or data.
How do I manage locally stored information?
You can manage this information in following ways:
You can delete browsing history information.
You can delete cookies and site data.
From among the data types listed above may contain personal data according to your browsing history and Tiny Cast won't sent any kind of data listed above to the Tiny Cast server except, if you allowed after failed media feedback feature ask to share the failed media address with developer to analyze it.
Search and suggestion features
Tiny Cast make contact with preferred search engine when you start searching. So you can get the best local web address by sending search queries.
Tiny Cast also help you find information faster by using the suggestion service provided by your preferred search engine to offer likely completions to the text you are typing. When you search using the address bar in Tiny Cast, the characters you type (even if you haven’t hit "enter" yet) are sent to your default search engine. Suggestions can also based on your browsing history. You can disable these features from app settings any time.
Links to third-party websites and services
Tiny Cast may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. If you choose to click through to one of these other websites or online services, please note that any information you may provide will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that websites or service, and not to this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites or services, and the fact that a link to such a website or service appears in the Tiny Cast does not mean that we endorse them or have approved their policies or practices relating to user information. Before providing any information to any third-party website or service, we encourage you to review the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that website or service. You agree that e-bilge will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and handling of that information.
Compliance with laws and law enforcement
e-bilge reserves the right to share your information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order to: (1) Conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process served upon us. (2) Protect or defend our legal rights or property. (3) Investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or violations of the terms and conditions of using Tiny Cast and it's services.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on http://www.tinycastapp.com/privacy/ios. If you continue to use of Tiny Cast and its services after the submission of changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
